Parkway Mansion sold for $146.99mil to Sustained Land-led consortium

Parkway Mansion, a freehold District 15 development at 9 Amber Road, opposite of Nyon Condo has been bought in a successful en bloc sale by Sustained Land Pte Ltd. The collective sale price is $1,536 per square foot per plot ratio ($ psf ppr).

The sale price was higher than the owners’ guide price and exceeded the prices of recent collective sales of freehold projects near Parkway Mansion – The Albracca ($1,409 psf ppr) at 1 Meyer Place, Nanak Mansions ($1,429 psf ppr) at 92 – 128 Meyer Road and the large condo site of Amber Park ($1,515 psf ppr) at Amber Gardens.

Parkway Mansion will be renamed Coastline Residences and the expected sale price of the new project could be between $2,550 psf to $2,600 psf.
